I think you need to add very loud white noise to her room near her crib - it's the one sleep association that the experts agree is fine to have. Then, I'd add as much white noise outside of her bedroom door as possible and again near the front door where the elevator noise comes from . . . we use a loud iphone app called "simply noise" which can go up to any volume -
