This is a SIX YEAR OLD thread. |
+1 |
Nannies seem to forget that they are also interviewing prospective employee and you can, and should, ask about criminal and credit records. You shoukd also ask for reference from prior nannies and if you are their first nanny, ask for a reference from their employer. Protect yourself because you have a right and need to know about them as much as they have a right to know about you. There are a lot of crazy people in this world |
You seem to advocate for this on every thread where it is even remotely connected. Tell us, how has this gone for you? How many families have provided you with the requested information? And how many have simply never contacted you again? |
You have a right know about your employer. Just as you would google/investigate any company you may work for. An ethical employer should offer up this information and encourage the prospective nanny to ask questions.
There ARE a lot of weirdos out there, and we see a lot of them on this board. What are you hiding, PP? |
They are the most hypocritical, anyway. They think of and treat domestic workers as inferior, and they can't tolerate anyone with a viewpoint different from their own. Can you imagine how that hideous Clinton woman treats her domestic workers?? |
what is the ratio of Dems vs Cons you have worked for ? |
