Uses for buttermilk?

Bought some for a recipe and am blanking on other uses for it besides pancakes. Links appreciated-TIA!

Use to marinate chicken for other dishes. Works great for chicken breasts, thighs, etc. I marinate it over night.

Just came here to say this. Samin Nosrat has one recipe and Nigella another, both in NYT Cooking but probably findable elsewhere.

A little buttermilk added to eggs makes them scramble incredibly fluffy, and you can add it to the eggs you use in quiche, too.

Second the rec to add to cucumber soup, or any other cold soup where you'd use yogurt for a little tang.
