I have a theory she is a second wife, one not from the US and she just married into this and is over her head and asking for advice. That or she has an eye on a "CFO Executive" and wants to know what she'd be in for.

Assuming it is a real question, go to Bethesda, Potomac, McLean or Great Falls. Look at the very large, tasteful homes on adequately sized lawns. For DC, go up the side street in Georgetown or go to Kalorama.
