You guys are so picky. I thoroughly enjoyed both mindlessly fluffy seasons and I loved the diverse casting and just rolled with all the historical inaccuracies. Who cares? It's entertainment. I liked the corgi.

Don’t know if it’s already been discussed, but why don’t Benedict and Colin have vocations? Is the Bridgerton fortune so vast that it can support 3 unemployed sons? If so, I would think they would be a ducal family by now?

Can you tell me what the pall mall scene was like in the book? Apparently it was much better and funnier?

Finished the first two episodes of Season 2 and I like it! Of course, Kate and Eloise behave very badly for well-brought up regency era girls. No wonder they are getting to be friends…

I like most sex scenes but I could hardly watch Daphne and Simon. Super hot but in a gay sort of way thirty year old looking man with a sickly looking child with whack eyebrows and stupid bangs? No thanks.

I read a lot of steamy romance novels that can get me going, but I laughed at those scenes. Really bad.

Season2 scenes were a bit better but only marginally, and at least Antony wasn't giving me huge gay vibes like the duke (though I know the actor who plays Antony is gay). I honestly didn't realize he was gay until someone mentioned it.

The Duke, oth, total gay vibes from the beginning. He's nice to look at, but I can't get turned on by a man who gives me gay vibes.

So weird. Most people didn’t thing that.

I started this thread.

I told DH (who is a Brit) that we should go. He just kind of laughed, so we didn't go.

Did you go all in on the cosplay? I would love to do this but only if I could go absolutely all out dressing up.

I found this on Reddit for people wondering how on earth Colin is going to be a romantic lead.

Ugh I did not like it. They were just like…smelling each other. Weirdly.

Wait, was she smelling him too?
