To sane people a plea deal would look like a great option. For someone who did what she did at her age, all bets are off. BB is sure counting on it though. He'll likely be called at trial and plead the 5th repeatedly in another spectacle.
She will be deported after serving sentence. Their time playing house is over.
Not sure what she hopes to gain.

If LE believed it was self defense there would have been NO arrest. They would NOT be prosecuting AP and have been engaged in a year+ investigation. The Commonwealth prosecutors believe that it was a ruse and Joe was lured to be set up. They have been clear and they have seen all the evidence, including that not yet entered and that entered under seal. They certainly would not indicate an additional arrest in the future for a crime they believed committed by a dead man. Karma and the law will come for those who snuffed out 2 lives rather than split the $. Of course, his middle class life, if halved, may have been far less attractive to AP. They share abhorrent greed and lack any moral compass whatsoever.

You are sick because you formed an opinion a year ago and are emotionally attached to it.
When new information becomes available it ok to evaluate it and see if it changes the probability of certain theories being true. I'm not a BB defender, in fact I follow this case because I DON'T KNOW what happened and the possibilities are fascinating to me. I will defend the concept of innocence until guilt is proven, and the importance of honest dialog based on all the information available, an the importance of challenging LE to prove their case. You seem to want to shout down anyone who doesn't fully support the theory that BB planned the entire thing and manipulated everyone involved.

The people who do believe that, having seen all evidence, including that under seal, include prosecutors from the Commonwealth of VA. We have not seen "transcripts" just notes from people claiming to be in the courtroom.

If BB had a plan to stab his wife and pin it on JR, I’m not sure AP was in on it. Her actions that day just seem so… stupid. Either way, I think it’s good she is being tried because it is not at all clear that her shooting of JR was reasonable.

The post you are referring to does not say JR introduced the idea of knife play. It doesn’t claim that either one introduced the idea. It said:

- JR brought up the idea of bringing a knife, CB asked about the details.
- They discussed blood play (cutting)

- A set of ripped pajamas was recovered from the scene
- Pics of a knife, ropes, chains, rubber restraints were sent by JR to CB
- CB took selfie in a bathing suit and sent to husband. A few hours later sent the same selfie to JR with caption: "I sent this to my husband and he didn't even notice I lost 20 pounds"
- Judge questioned about the 45 min phone call over telegram that occurred between CB and JR
- After the phone call, JR texted: "It was great hearing your sexy voice"
- JR wrote that he had only done blood play once before, with razor blades
- CB had several superficial cuts that barely broke the skin
- JR was in the process of cutting CB with BB walked in
- CB wrote "trip to the zoo" on calendar
- CB had multiple lacerations to her neck and carotid artery. Three lacerations to the right side of her neck were the most likely the cause of death
- In the second 911 call, (mentioned but not played) BB is trying to save CB's life by applying pressure
