The overwhelming majority of rapists, murderers, and child molesters are men.
I'd still say OP shouldn't go out with the woman again, but I don't think there's anything with being even MORE cautious if he were a woman and the date was a man.
Of course, this is all true. It's just hypocritical how more of the posts are saying to go for it, ignore the posts, etc. and they probably wouldn't be so generous if it were a single mom posting.

All these people saying that you should give her a chance would NEVER give a man a chance if the reverse were the situation.

And to say give him a chance to a SINGLE mom, yeah right. Bitches be dreamin!
There was a thread on here awhile back. A woman said a man she was dating turned up on one of these sites. I posted the exact same thing then as I did today -- it could be some jerk lying because he or she has an axe to grind. I wouldn't put a lot of stock into these sites.
Link to that thread? It'd be interesting to compare the advice to a woman as opposed to a man.
I'm trying to find it but can't. I tried Googling DC Urban Mom dontdatehimgirl.com (I'm pretty sure that was the site) but it's not coming up.

If someone is bitter, it means the other person acted badly to make them bitter. So if the ex is bitter, likely Op's date was pretty awful at home.
Not necessarily.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:OP here: ok, interesting replies. Seems like most people are in favor of me continuing along with this woman. I wonder if it would be different if I was a woman who was posting about a man?
Is the standard of security lower for men? I really am pretty turned off...
Now you have gone and done it..you are going to get called a Men's Rights Activist and a scumbag. No one cares about the men...don't you get it? It is women that matter, only women. You know a woman could never do wrong, so obviously she was set up by an angry man if there is something written that might put her in a bad light. And if she did cheat, a man made her do it. He didn't do enough dishes so what other choice did she have? You should feel badly for her that he made her cheat.

You're a grown man who's capable of making your own decisions. You posted and I assumed you were asking a question. You are certainly welcome to believe whatever you want. My initial reaction is that you're posting to get traffic to these sites. They're bullshit, no matter your gender.
