The tide is turning against Ukraine and the GOP couldn’t be more smug that their leader Putin is getting his way.

The tide is turning against Ukraine.

They have no ammo.

On a good day, they can fire 2000 shells. Meanwhile, Russia is firing more than 10-15,000 every day.

It's a problem

Partly, it's NATO doctrine. There are no NATO war plans that call for multi-year, trench warfare, artillery duel wars. NATO has air power and is mobile. They are not prepared for this kind of war. And it shows.

Europe has been slow to ramp up production. And really - this is their problem. Russia is their neighbor. Not ours.

But at this moment in time, only the US has the excess armamants that will allow Ukraine to fight - as Ukraine has been doing, heroically - for two years now.

It's just Mike Johnson

He refuses to put the bill up for a vote. It would pass overwhelmingly in the House.

Mike Johnson is why Ukraine is getting obliterated presently.

Horrible human being.

He’s funded by Russia. What else is new within that traitor party.

No one would have thought 20 years ago that Russia would be leading the GOP around, but here we are.

Only in your dreams. How about we demand Zelensky’s receipts so we can see why he hasn’t yet won this war.

Country of 150 million people invades country of 36 million people and you wonder why the smaller one hasn’t won yet?

Because Moscow's ambitions have always been oriented toward the west, not the east. The Muscovy princes believe that they have a divine right to govern Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, the Czech Republic, etc,, and Putin won't stop until he has at least political control over the entire former-Eastern bloc. He has no interest in competing with China or undermining them. Some of us still believe that the "western democracies" are a valuable entity and should stand firm against erosion by authoritarian governments. But I understand that MAGA has no use for such alliances, and places no real value on democratic institutions.

So I guess FDR was an idiot…. Not

Trump and FDR are golden

And the media is so quiet.

Seriously. Where are the endless think pieces? The “he’s old” or the “butteremails,” stories that aren’t stories at all but occupy an enormously outsized part of political real estate. The GOP has, once again, been pushing Russian disinformation and it’s not getting talked about.

Biden sure is old though!
