Not the packaged breads on the shelf but in their little bakery area where you have to ask someone to slice it for you. Excellent breads. Love the struan and white sandwich.
I also get coffee from Mom's. Nicely priced.
I buy broccoli sprouts and like their chicken too.
I don't get any of the other produce, it's more expensive than WF so I go there for everything else.
The bread isn't Mom's. It's delivered daily from some bakery forgot name.

--their produce is obviously great
--they have a great smoked mozzarella cheese (can't remember the brand, but it's the only one)
--Halloumi cheese is cheaper there than anywhere else
--i like their house-brand milk
--the field roast hot dogs are great
--Mary's Gone Crackers
--Virgil's sodas
--Spring Mill apple streusel bread
--Essential Baking Co. bake-at-home bread (esp. the rosemary one)
--Dave's bread
--Annie Chung's frozen potstickers
--Alden's ice cream
--theo chocolate
I'll post again if I think of more.

I could never do a full week's shopping there - so I stop in from time to time for a few things but would never go routinely. It's so close to the Whole Foods that I think it needs to step up its game.
