Perhaps you should reread my OP. I never asked for anyone to be censored. I asked questions about the person posting them and said I found them annoying. It's my opinion; get over it. If my opinion annoys you, take a tip from your post: stop whining and ignore my post.

The comic artist is Nick Galifianakis.

Thanks, now I have learned something from the comic posting. He is Carolyn Hax's ex-husband.

If you want more info, Nick is also the first cousin of comic actor Zach Galifianakis. And the dog that used to be in many of the comics was the dog, Zuzu which Carolyn and Nick jointly had before they divorced. Zuzu went with Nick after the divorce. And although he rarely penned columns instead of artwork, he wrote a touching tribute to Zuzu when she died in 2010.

The comics are way better than Carolyn Hax's advice.

I clicked through one of the links posted above...they're not very big at all. And a link really would defeat the purpose of the visual "response". I don't really see why anyone would have a problem with seeing an image for a moment as they scroll through a thread.

The poster almost always posts only images. Frequently, those images are the comics of the type to which you linked. But, the poster inks to all kinds of images. I guess that's just how the poster likes to communicate. I don't really seeing it as being disruptive and hadn't even noticed it until this thread.

They aren't the same comics over and over again. They are by the same artist, but the drawings are appropriate for the threads in which they're posted. They've been giving me a good chuckle.

They aren't the same comics over and over again. They are by the same artist, but the drawings are appropriate for the threads in which they're posted. They've been giving me a good chuckle.
