He bought an over three million dollar house in a Chevy Chase, so probably yes except if they go private or kept their old house and go to school there.

Yes, though this was not technically a business meeting, it was a work session.

Exactly. I have seen zero evidence that Taylor actually cares about the four factors. He uses them to justify decisions that were made based on his own internal priorities.
