I've only been to the Lidl by Wegmen's on Wis. Ave once but got some interesting stuff (european style black bread, surprisingly good produce) I did see a shoplifting take place and the poor employees have to deal with it, but stuff happens everywhere. I'm sure I'll be back when I've got more time or I'm hosting something so need more stuff on less budget.

Try the Lidl in Howard County.
