Y’all, I know it’s higher in protein, but I swear it’s like eating paste. How do people enjoy this? Realize I may be in the minority here.

I like it but hate regular yogurt. I load it with berries, chia, muesli, maybe a dollop of honey or maple syrup or vanilla.
