Good Culture is the best tasting. I use this one for eating with fruit, or making it savory with spices.
A close second is Hood. I especially like Hood's with Chives (green container).
I mix cottage cheese in nearly any pasta, soup, or scrambled eggs dish. You blend it with a handheld blender first. Then you get the protein and creaminess.
