We are letting our 15-year-olds go with the caveat that we know someone who had an unfortunate experience in the bathroom at the anthem. It was a young person that was hit on aggressively by a same gender, older person. We made the girls promise to not leave each other even if one went to the bathroom they all have to go.

Sabrina is on a Saturday and ends at 10. My 13-yr-old 8th grader is going with three friends. They will be fine.

The Sabrina concert is in Baltimore, which is what OP asked about.

I went to lollapalooza with my brother and friends at 15. Saw Green Day at 16 and lots of other shows in the Bay Area. All ages shows were happening at libraries and high schools and Gilman Street. We road-tripped to yoyoagogo.

In the past year, my 15 (now 16) year old son has gone to 4 concerts with friends and no parents. Three of those were at The Anthem, which is a nice venue for this.

Just know that the Sabrina concert is pretty sexual, all of her new songs are about how horny she is. If you’re fine with that carry-on! But make sure the girls know to never leave each other never go anywhere alone. Had a friend have something scary happened at the anthem one time which is a pretty small venue. Don’t go on the assumption that everyone there is part of the “Taylor Swift crowd“.

Depends on the venue. If the venue is all ages, I would be comfortable with a 15.5 year old going to a concert by herself/with a friend. I have been going to concerts without my parents since I was a freshman in high school.
