Based on what is happening in other states, this means that transwomen with full male anatomy, who are convicted predators and sex offenders who had murdered sex workers and raped children, were transferred to women's prisons where they then raped female inmates. There are PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) records against multiple men who are currently housed in women’s prisons. I'm not sure why this is acceptable to anyone.

Actually, the "problem solved" comment reminds me of the comment made by the idiot in Texas. Referring to the fact that the Texas abortion ban does not exempt unwanted pregnancies, he responded equally insightfully that there will be no more rapes in Texas.

Does that really solve the problem? How can prisons know which inmates will become violent? After someone is raped?

This bill says that prisoners can require searches based on gender identity. Why should prison guards be compelled to do searches of the opposite sex?

I don’t understand why people accept that a male person with full male anatomy should be in a women’s prison.
