During the pandemic, our W school brought in a bunch of portables. I guess because of the projected enrollment. They have sat empty for two years.
Shouldn’t MCPS be correcting their projected enrollment since the numbers are way over inflated? Or do they intentionally over inflate numbers to add to the MCPS budget and bloat?

And yet property values keep going up. I guess more are coming in.
Not according to this:
The official Montgomery County Public Schools enrollment for September 30, 2021, is 158,232 students. This number is 6,518 students less than the projected enrollment of 164,750, and 2,332 less than last year's enrollment of 160,564 students.

See, that's the problem when you lie - you get caught!![]()
But this doesn't show declining enrollment It just shows a shortfall in a projection. Seems like you're the one trying to twist the truth here.
Yes they're lying. A dozen years ago the school had around 144,000 students their own numbers show it currently has around 158,000. That is growth in my book.
Then it went up to 165,267 students, then by Sept. 7, 2020 dropped to 162,656

Then by fall 2020 dropped to 160,564 Students (Official Fall 2020)

Yeah. Another lie. You should have known better to just shut up. Keep burying yourself.

The sliding scale is for very low income. If you make $100-150k you are out of luck. Legal aid limits are even lower. I did not have the energy to file complaints.
It's so inconvenient that at every turn there's no record of any of these things just unprovokeable anonymous allegations.
Not true at all. Open up the stacks of the CFP's for the past five years. Again, when you lie, you get caught!!!
Only a MCPS troll would reference CFPs. A parent wouldn’t use the acronym.
What is MCPS afraid of? Their dishonest and unethical practices being told publicly? Parents eventually contacting a reporter and sharing their experiences?
Most families, whether they have students with special needs, below grade level students, and/or above grade level students are all faced with a system that doesn’t treat people fairly. Even teachers complain that they are threatened by principals and not treated fairly. At some point people are going to tell others of their experiences in MCPS or just leave.

Blair, Blair, Blair. All MCPS cares about and caters to is Silver Spring. Why? Because Montgomery County allows anyone to vote for anyone else's BOE District rep. And where are the greatest number of voters located? Silver Spring.
Here's the funny part. The ONLY reason why Blair is so overcrowded is because MCPS forced the Magnet to be there. If they moved the magnet mid-or-upper county, overcrowding wouldn't be an issue.
MCPS leadership is soooooo corrupt I want to barf!!!

So you admit there is evidence the earlier statement was false - CFP's do provide evidence?
You are an ass. Seriously, what is your investment that you have to reference out dated data? What ever MCPS is paying you to monitor this forum on Memorial Day weekend is a waste of tax dollars.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:The wealthy are leaving MCPS.
