+1. Especially when they are still eating the same fast food they always ate.
It takes special talent to still be this ignorant and stick to it.
No one is eating the same way they did before and losing weight on GLP.
+1. They are eating more than they did before.

+2. That is the entire point of GLPs. You can drop the salads and calorie counting and finally eat what you want, as much as you want. The GLPs will make you feel full sooner so you won’t want to eat the entire gallon of ice cream like you did before.

Anonymous wrote:This thread makes me wonder why bother even trying to lose weight the natural way. I am lifting, walking, cutting carbs and calories - and it's working! - but apparently once I have lost enough that it's noticeable everyone will assume I used a drug (and I don't care if someone does use medication to lose!). But all of you assuming everyone and their neighbor is on a GLP-1 if you notices that someone loses weight aren't always right - I'm sure there are plenty of people motivated by reunions, parties, family events, etc. that are doing it the old-fashioned way.

One of the things holding me back from taking the meds, is I really (really) don’t like attention that comes from appearance change. For example, when I get a new haircut and people notice and say something, I get very uncomfortable.
If I lose weight quickly and people say something innocuous like “you look great” or less innocuous like “you look great, how’d you do it?” I am dreading it and don’t know what to say.
Fwiw, I’m an executive at a company so have lots of visibility so I envision this being a constant.
If you are/were in a similar position, with the same disposition, what did you do to cope? Thanks!
