With the caveat that nothing is like CLOY. . .
Navillera-- not a romance, but so so good
Healer-- my favorite romance, aside from CLOY
Youth of May-- recent (80s) history, starts out light, romantic, funny but becomes heavy in the second half (in a good way)
Prison Playbook-- fantastic drama with a lot of humor, wonderful characters

Another one on Netflix that I loved was Reply 1988. It takes a few episodes to immerse yourself and get to know the characters, but it's so worth it.

Memories of the Alhambra was my gateway, Crash landing was like the 7th kdrama I watched. For the feel of light, interesting and fun like Crash landing, the closest that comes to mind is: 100 days my prince

Crash Landing on You has been described as the gateway to Kdrama - and I'm guilty of that.
In terms of Netflix,
Vincenzo is the best one - but you have to go with the humour for a few episodes, then it really grows on you. I think it maybe better if you have watched more kdramas. The acting, full cast talent, social commentary, western historical / cultural references (past first episode), and writing are amazing.
You can get the Viki app and watch a lot for free, or pay minimal for a month or so than cancel
I would put Healer as great one - though a little older. The premise at first seems odd, but really works
Recent good ones are Doom at your service, My roommate is a Gumiho (lighter , but great characters)
A lot of people really like Guardian - The Lonely and the Great, though it has a slightly unusual age difference that if you get past bc its "Gods"
Mr Queen - is historical with a modern edge, interesting premise very entertaining, some mixed on how it evolved
Sunghyunkwan Scandal - fun / com historical, older but lot of good actors
Hotel del Luna - was interesting fantasy, well produced visuals - small elements of past, same with Legends of the Blue Sea and good leads
Some others that are good on Netflix
Hospital Playlist - ensemble cast , really well done
It's ok not to be okay - this is a love or hate
Touch my Heart - light but enjoyable
Her Private Life - again, lighter some bits unusual (the fangirl), but good relationship, though some are mixed on some of the subplots at end
Prison Playbook, Reply series are on my list - gets good reviews
Rookie Historian - is "historical", but light
100 days my prince - historical, was good, not heavy
Really wanted to like Iaetwon Class - but midway, just didn't like it

I think Crash Landing will be hard to top - and Hyun Bin. The other shows he’s in don’t sound as interesting.

Nothing. Nothing comes close. You can search here for recommendations as this same question's been asked.

I've got Netflix and Prime.
I loved Crash Landing on You. I then watched Chicago Typewriter, which I liked.
I just finished Mr. Sunshine, which, I loved because I got to learn Korean history, but it was just so gloomy and all the sadness was so drawn out, I felt almost like I was watching some weird kind of fetish--like a show for an audience who fetishize the suffering of others.
So anyways, I do love to learn about history, but I'll take any good K-drama. What should I watch next?
