Going to the EU is a great choice when travel resumes. Nothing “risky” except for the American clinics losing your business because you are smart enough to get the exact same thing for less...while on vacation! (I feel like local clinic marketing people post here.)

We didn't end up going through with it (decided to not move forward with any IVF), but we looked seriously at South Africa for a donor egg cycle and it was VERY affordable compared to US. This was about 8 years ago. Of course, we love South Africa and have been several times on vacation.
