If it's an in-home daycare, and the owner is opening up a second spot, where is SHE going to be? Who will be running day to day care? Who lives in the 1st location and who will be living in the new location? In-home (in Montgomery county) usually means that the provider lives in the home.
+1. Also make sure there they aren't going to move kids back and forth between the two (I know of a daycare that got busted for doing this).
