I don't see the point of a separate forum. That kind of "consult" can be posted in whatever forum is subject-appropriate: jobs/career, relationships, family relations, off topic.

It seems to me that the OP of that thread is looking for free legal advice. I don't know if that sort of forum would be a good idea.
