Anyone willing to elaborate on the benefits of Howard County's special ed program? I'm not the OP, but I am in a similar situation.

Among special needs professionals Howard County is known for providing better services than MCPS.

We live in Silver Spring, MD and our daughter is in PEP. We are considering moving to Howard County -- does anyone know how the SN services compare or how to find out? She receives relatively minimal services from MCPS (PEP preschool 2 afternoons per week). We are curious both about a comparable preschool program and elementary schools as well.
