The complaint is that the already extended year is a week longer this year.
Despite starting August 18 the last day isn't till June 17! If those random election days were on there in advance it wouldn't end until June 18 or 19.

That breaks the longest stretch of 6 FULL WEEKS although it will still be the longest stretch with 4 full weeks as the previous longest stretch was the 3 weeks in December.
