Run, do not walk to this recipe. I serve this all the time and have been asked at least a half dozen times to brig this to an event by someone who is hosting something . The last was my niece who wanted it at her wedding! I always use rotisserie chicken, the whole thing for this recipe.

From ATK: Chunks of chicken breast, mayo, celery, green onions, salt, pepper, parsley, lemon juice. It’s so simple but so good.
