Both MOCO and MOJO do a good job at training kids.

I agree about MOCO doing a good job at training kids, but I have some doubts about MOJO. Both MOCO and MOJO serve privileged kids (one in Bethesda / Potomac, the other in Tysons). Judging based on tournament results, MOCO is clearly doing a better job. If you want to go like WTF, just compare the club fees.

Suggestions? Thanks!

MOCO is probably the closest in to DC. Their main practice location is Stone Ridge, which is near the red line stop in Bethesda for NIH/Walter Reed. Their fall program teams practice there but it may be full, it’s typically very popular and fills up quick.

The MOCO fall program filled up in a matter of days. I think the only program that fills faster is the MVSA rec league. They both started this past week. You have to keep an eye on the registration date for both of them and sign up as soon as they open.

The only DC club that we met in competitions is Metro. I checked the SportsEngine rankings and I can't really tell which other club is located in DC. Using public transit to reach a club location is a tall order: your options are extremely limited if you cannot drive. You are left with rec programs (if the DC rec centers are located close to metro/bus stops): https://dcwashingtonweb.myvscloud.com/webtrac/web/search.html?module=AR&SubType=Volleyball
