OP here— I don’t understand why the system blocks us from making updates to our email. It’s ridiculous. I emailed the county’s tech support but I’m assuming that will just end up in some sort of black hole.
Does anyone know how to update your email in ParentVUE? It appears as users we cannot do this ourselves. Is there some POC in the county we can contact to help with this? Somehow the email they have on file is blocking all the emails coming through mcps systems and I can’t receive anything.
