Update emergency contacts in ParentVue?

Can I update emergency contact information in ParentVue directly? Or does MCPS require that you fill out the paper form the school sent home?

Our teacher told us we can update directly in parentvue instead of returning the yellow paper.

I updated it earlier in August in ParentVue, and they still made a song and dance about the yellow paper form. That's red tape for you.

When I try to do it in parentvue, it won't let me - even though my two students are listed, it say "at least one student must be entered." Anyone getting the same thing and figure out a work-around?

Exactly so complicated for what should be the more efficient way to update instead of counseling or a teacher collecting forms in person.

It’s not working for me. It just allows unchecking that the person can pick the child up.
