? it has portables? It's only like 5 years old something. They were supposed to have built it to allow for growth. That is insane.
I would not worry about "school within a school". I have two kids: one went to a magnet and another not. Neither felt it was "a school within a school". All the clubs and activities are the same, and recess is for everyone.
