It seems like people are seeing these ads disproportionately on iPads in Safari and Chrome, especially in the college forum (although it literally just happened to me as I was writing this message lol). Do you ever look at DCUM on an iPad?
I read DCUM daily on an iPad. I see the occasional unwanted ad, but am nearly always able to report it. I reported one today. I have not experienced many of the ads described here nor have I have experienced them as often as described by some posts here.
Maria uses an iPad Mini almost exclusively throughout the day and her experience is very similar to mine. Neither of us has seen anything close to the most extreme cases described here.
Thanks, that’s interesting. I will say that I get them pretty much every few pages. Just got one on the college board since posting the above note. It’s constant. I wish there were a way to report them without submitting an email address. As long as I have to identify myself to report, I’m just going to move on.
