If there was a black party I'd go because dark colors are slimming but this white party stuff just sounds racist and fraught with ugly stain possibilities.

Daughter went in 2018. Kids were puking and drunk. Bunch of over privileged white kids. Skip it if it comes back to life and do something fun and useful that weekend

It stopped because of covid but all it takes to return is a group of kids at each school that are happy to take up fundraising efforts and planning. In the past, it has been the same school and group leading both.

I have a large age gap between kids, and my youngest is going into 6th. Hoping they won’t be interested in going.
