For the most part, the RBFC coaches have experience with younger age groups and lower level leagues.  They do not have experience with older age groups at higher levels.  So RBFC may be perfectly fine for younger kids who just want to have fun but may not serve well kids who want strong development from the youngest ages.  If you want a stronger focus on development, look at McLean or GFR or even Loudoun.[/quote]
