[/quote] It’s kind of a chicken and egg problem. Without GA the club’s best players leave as they reach U13. You can’t expect instant success, takes years to build up the pipeline of players. And of course it’s about cash. Soccer clubs are businesses and parents are willing paying customers. Everybody knows that and no one is being tricked.
