And, yes, the vast majority of the RIFs have been Civil. That said, assume there were two companies - dod and nondod - the dod company would have had say 5% RIF/slowed hiring, the non DoD would have 60%. That is, the cuts would have happened, they just wouldn't have been attributed to a company called MITRE.[/quote]
