Conversely, it is true that there’s no air traffic nor air pollution that’s likely to prematurely kill anyone where I am and that my property values are going up even for NW. As you are rightly picking up on something, I do have some residual resentment for all the hours wasted to real estate agents and home owners gaslighting us in the home buying process.
