Are we pretending that we don't have holdbacks and double holdbacks at the privates and catholics?
I've never heard of a 21 year old playing locally.
There are no double holdbacks playing locally. The oldest a player will be during lacrosse season in the dmv will be 19 by rule. If there are schools hiding then that player probably stinks bc he would garner too much attention. The reclass academies rosters start at age 18 and work their way older.
IAC, MIAA, and WCAC all have the same rule. If you are 19 before 9/1 of your senior year, you are ineligible to participate in HS athletics. Hill Academy, Culver, Western Reserve have no rules. Likely a roster comprised of 17 - 20 year olds.
