DP. No, it’s not. They were legally obligated to file. And if a conservator drained assets and there’s nothing there, even more important to file. [/quote]

And if a conservator properly disbursed all the assets? Even if they did technically have an unmet obligation, it’s a nothingburger. Defunct legal entities happen every day. [/quote]
