Taking a stand means going up the ladder and bosses don't like that.[/quote] IME the limited options available to admin when parents refuse testing or services is repeated suspension leading to expulsion, and they are loathe to do that to a child in the early elementary years. Instead these kids with severe behavioral issues just get managed until they are older and the consequences can no longer be avoided because of the severity of their actions. We need more options.[/quote]
