Why would anything cut over the river right at the DCA landing strip with jets landing?

Cut over later.

Dont play games either the river at zero, the helo at 200 feet, the descending jet at 400 feet going to 300, and the upcoming 300 foot tall Wilson Bridge.

Or is that the fun tactical maneuver game to play at night in your training black hawk session? Up down up down left right left right.
