VDA just beat Pipeline, Richmond and tied NC Courage at the VisitRaleigh Showcase. Back to back wins over Richmond. Arlington has a loss to Richmond and tie to NC Courage. FCV won top bracket at WAGS. You can't claim #1 until you beat a #1.

This is the 2008 thread. I think you posted in the wrong spot. I can totally believe this about the 2009 VDA team though however, as we all know, any scrimmages/friendlies should be taken with a grain of salt as they are not coached the same way. [/quote]

Why would VDA 08s do that? Metro 09s aren't even in the same realm. They just lost to a horrible Cedar Stars team two weeks ago among others this fall. That would be like losing to SYC 09s or Loudoun RL Red 09s. Hopefully a VDA parent can chime in. This is a huge stone to throw. [/quote]
