What does “paying for that level of soccer” mean? If it means paying for high quality dedicated professional coaches and fantastic facilities? Then yes. If you mean paying for wins or climbing some perceived ladder, then we are talking different languages.[/quote]

We had a child who played on a big club C team and, no, they were not "nickled and dimed" up to $3k.  Other than a $100 fee for tournament costs, there were no other costs charged beyond the club fee.  And Loudoun/Arlington are probably the most expensive examples, other clubs are less expensive at this playing level.[/quote]
