It’s how they hide 20g of sugar in a yogurt and 50g in coffee, how sugar has ten different names on ingredient label and you may not know them, how you have to be a god damn expert at reading labels to know the food additives and coloring to avoid. Why do we have to teach children to decipher ingredients labels?
