What I find interesting, is so many of you are worried about the dads - but almost[b] 30% of the time, children who are under 9 who are sexually assulted are assulted by somone in their own age group[/b].  So those of you who are worried about sleepovers - keep an eye out for those friends and brothers.

Let's see how statistics works.

That means 70% of the time, children who are under 9 who are sexually assaulted are assaulted by someone [b]NOT [/b]in their own age group.

40% of the time it is an acquaintance

and again, 99% of the time the perpetrator is male.

Where are you getting your statistics from?  And what age ranges are you using?  As someone who works in this field you need to be more clean on your terms.
