I'm not sure the IAAT and pass advanced are that hard to accomplish, even for kids who aren't ready for algebra.  DC didn't prep for the IAAT and scored in the 98th percentile, so it's not necessarily a difference between prepped and not prepped.  I don't think DC belongs in algebra next year. I know DC will think meeting the benchmarks means DC will take algebra next year, but at this point my answer is no.  [/quote]
