This was not a thread about what Muslims believe.  But you and others (?, maybe they were all you) made it about that and then proceeded to insult other posters for consulting Sheiikh Google and pronouncing to them that to be Muslim the Quran is simply not enough; one has to believe and follow Sunnah, as well as all the 10,000 or so hadiths.  You provided absolutely no documentation, unlike what you have just claimed.  You could provide a source for the whole all babies are born Muslim thing came from the Hadith.  A clearly non-Muslim poster had to point out that this was not from the Quran (which I am sure you hoped people would just accept) but from a hadith that many many Muslims consider suspect.

People who hang around the religion threads know Islam pretty well and they know there are plenty of Muslims in good standing who follow only the Quran.  Some of them post here regularly.  (Yes, and there are Sunnis among them.) There have been massive disputes over verses in the Quran.  You denigrate these people as "Quranists" and heavily imply that Islam requires taking the entire package to every literal word of Sunnah and hadith, as well as the Quran.

You are either an Islamic fanatic or an anti-Muslim who wants to spread hate against Islam by making it out to be an intolerant and literal-minded religion where you can be saved only by following every petty dictate of a slew of questionable hadith.
