The 5 areas of attractiveness:

1. Physical Beauty
2. Cultivate Intelligence/Culture
3. Pleasant/relaxed disposition
4. Supportive and Loyal
5. Sexually open.

Under physical beauty, this means longer hair (unless you have top 5% bone structure/cheek bones/complexion and then you can go pixie cut or even shaved head), lithe/svelte body, defined calves, firm and high up ass, toned stomach. I prefer brunettes with thick/naturally voluminous hair but some dudes like stick-haired blondes. No tattoos or weird piercings. radiant skin that is supple and youthful. That means cutting back on the drinking, increasing your sleep and water intake, lowering your stress.

Cultivate intelligence and culture - learn a 2nd language, become well versed in the arts, or music, or philosophy. Read a shit ton of books from varying disciples. Travel and immerse yourelf in other cultures truly - not just as a tourist. I went on a date where all a girl could talk about was her dog.

Don't be neurotic, stressed out, bipolar, unhinged, swinging moods, etc.

Supportive & loyal. I don't care what you do for a job as long as you can feed, clothe, and shelter yourself. I do well for myself but i want to know that if i suddenly became 'a nigga with a bus pass', that would you will still be in my corner. Push me to be the best i can be, but don't wear me down into dust.
