More than your kid should probably be doing. At Hearst (which has around 300 children) our child is doing one and sometimes 2 activities a day after school. (Yeah, yeah over scheduled.. blah, blah, blah) Sure size matters -- you will be less likely to find enough folks who want to start the hammered dulcimer club or the toewrestling club. But LOTS of mainstream activities can be available. Hardy's size is not an impediment to a rich set of activities.[/quote]
