I thought those were all education campuses?[/quote] Right now, the MS for Barnard is Raymond, which yes, is an education campus. Not optimal. But for any family entering a DCPS school as PS3 or PK now, I feel confident that there will most certainly be a stand alone by-right middle school waiting for those kids come 6th grade. Of course, I could be wrong. But I feel there is just too much momentum and too many organized voices from new Petworth families not to get what they want (see the thread on the Ward 4 saturday academy...those parents are demanding excellence).
