I know a woman in my neighborhood who definitely believes she is special, her dogs are special and they are off leash about 90% of the time. She does not give Shit A if they scare a child or an adult. She thinks its funny they chase cats and her dogs have killed squirrels which she also thinks is funny. She sucks. But then again, she sucks in many other fundamental ways outside of her dog entitlement issues.

So, I suspect strongly that the worst of the worst as you have described have problems outside of their failure to follow the law or to care about fellow humans in their surroundings. (sigh)[/quote]
