since we are comparing schools and numbers, and this is an anonymous forum, I do not get why you do not identify the school. if you did, we could look at the  number of kids, the 2015 budget and have an idea of the situation. when it was done above with Murch and Payne, the numbers said that Payne was getting substantially more funds than Murch (and this is not bullshit, as another poster indicated, it is just basic math, total budget divided by the number of kids)

you also base you post on the assumption that Janney's PTA "spends $1000" per child.  I am not a Janney parent and have no idea what their PTA brings in, but the post above said that the goal was a $1000 donation per child, with the PTA knowing that not all the parents do contribute. I seriously doubt the Janney PTA spends $1000 per child at the school[/quote]
